How to Clean: For at-home use, wash your Felicity Gua Sha tool with hot, soapy water. (If unavailable, rubbing alcohol or an essential oil spray works too.) Towel dry thoroughly, then return it to your Felicity pouch.
Note: Your tool may become very slippery when wet or soapy and it may break if dropped in the sink or on another hard surface. We recommend placing a hand towel or washcloth in the sink basin to absorb the shock in case it’s dropped.

Where is your company located?
Each beautiful piece is designed and handcrafted in-house at our state-of-the-art studio
in Sheridan, WY, ensuring that every creation is as unique and authentic as you are.
Do you have any retail locations?
Currently, we operate exclusively online to eliminate the extra costs associated with
physical storefronts, such as rent, insurance, and staff. However, we’re excited to announce that we’ll
soon be launching stores across the United States and Canada.

How do I make changes after my order has been placed?
If you notice any mistakes with your order after receiving the order confirmation email,
please leave us a clear and detailed message by submitting a ticket at the bottom of the page. Please
include your name, phone number, and order number (if available) in the message.
How do I change the currency?
The currency type on our website is automatically set based on your location. If
necessary, you can manually set your desired currency through the currency component.

What if I don't like my piece after receiving it?

piece after receiving it, just return it unused and in its original packaging. Once we accept your
