HOW TO CLEAN YOUR TOOL: For everyday home care, wash your Felicity tool with hot, soapy water. Towel dry thoroughly, then store it safely in your Felicity pouch. For extra sanitation, use rubbing alcohol or an essential oil spray.
Note: Your tool may become slippery when wet and could break if dropped on a hard surface. We recommend cleaning it low over the sink basin or placing a hand towel in the basin to cushion any accidental drops.

			Each beautiful piece is designed and handcrafted in-house at our state-of-the-art studio
				in Sheridan, WY, ensuring that every creation is as unique and authentic as you are.

			Currently, we operate exclusively online to eliminate the extra costs associated with
				physical storefronts, such as rent, insurance, and staff. However, we’re excited to announce that we’ll

			How do I make changes after my order has been placed?
			If you notice any mistakes with your order after receiving the order confirmation email,
				please leave us a clear and detailed message by submitting a ticket at the bottom of the page. Please

			The currency type on our website is automatically set based on your location. If
				necessary, you can manually set your desired currency through the currency component.

				piece after receiving it, just return it unused and in its original packaging. Once we accept your
