We will email a design preview to your inbox within 2-4 days of placing your order.
During this preview, you can change this an unlimited number of times until you're happy with it, and you can speed up your sort order by purchasing priorities.
Customization starts processing
Once your pattern (image or text) is approved, our craftsmen will begin processing and creating the design within 1-2 days.
The items are then customized using a variety of techniques, including embroidery, printing, engraving, and more, giving each piece a luxurious texture and intricate details.
The final result will be a beautifully crafted piece.
Accept it & Wear it
After the customization is completed, we will carefully package your order beautifully and deliver it in approximately 7-14 days via different shipping modes.
After you receive it, you can wear it to feel its charm and provide us with timely feedback.
