How to Clean: For at-home use, wash your Felicity Gua Sha tool with hot, soapy water. If unavailable, rubbing alcohol or an essential oil spray works too. Towel dry thoroughly, then return it to your Felicity pouch.

Note: Your tool becomes very slippery when wet or soapy and may break if dropped on a hard surface. We recommend placing a hand towel or washcloth in the sink basin to cushion any accidental drops.

Where is your company located?

Each beautiful piece is designed and handcrafted in-house at our state-of-the-art studio in Sheridan, WY, ensuring that every creation is as unique and authentic as you are.

Do you have any retail locations?

Currently, we operate exclusively online to eliminate the extra costs associated with physical storefronts, such as rent, insurance, and staff. However, we’re excited to announce that we’ll soon be launching stores across the United States and Canada.

How do I make changes after my order has been placed?
